I had a new roof new gutters and new skylight installed. I got three estimates all from Angies list and all excellent and finally decided on Berendt Construction which had the middle price. Adam provided a detailed verbal and written estimate and explained all the options available to me. His crew showed up on time everyday worked incredibly hard and cleaned up after themselves. Adam came by to do a final inspection hopped up on the roof and personally cleaned the skylight because he thought it needed one more wipe down. When the owner does that I call that real service. Adam and his staff did a fantastic job, and we could not been more pleased with the results! We found the bid competitive and customer service exceptional. We had a shake roof that had to be stripped from the house which is quite a job. I had concerns about clean up and damage to landscaping. When completed there was zero damage and a spotless job. Adam suggested to us a ridge vent system that eliminated all the little vents for a very clean look at nominal cost he was spot on. I do not know much about roofing but I would suggest that option if applicable. Do not be fooled by low ball bids your home is your investment do it right and do your homework. If you are in the market give Berendt Roofing a shot I promise you will not be disappointed.

Today it is hard to find good service and a quality product with an affordable price. We have had some time to shop around when we replaced out roof last year and Berendt Roofing was the best choice we could have made.
